Day 01 : ARRIVAL - PACHMARHI
On arrival at Pipariya railway station you will be picked up and transferred to Pachmarhi. On arrival at Pachmarhi check in the hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 02 : PACHMARHI
Move out for full day guided sight seeing tour to the natural wonders of Pachmarhi, which includes Priyadarshini (Forsyth Point), Bee Fall, Handi Khoh and Fairy pool. Explore the beautiful market of Pachmarhi in the evening.

Day 03 : PACHMARHI
Morning at leisure in the nature’s lap of this green destination. In the later half of the day move out proceed for the sight seeing thus, making yourself lost in the scenic beauty of this romantic place filled with cascading water falls, steep green valleys of Mahadeo hills sight seeing. The sight seeing includes Chhota Mahadeo, Chauragarh, Jata Shankar, Dhoopgarh.

Day 04 : DEPARTURE
Morning at leisure, you will be transferred to the railway station to board the train for your onward journey . The tour ends.

	Standard Hotel Check-in time is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.
	On hilly areas the ac will not work.
	We will not be held responsible for any delays in rail/airline leading to misconnecting of onward flights/train.
	If any airline/train is delayed or cancelled, Oxford Travels is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

To book any Domestic Holiday or travel services, a person has to make an initial non-refundable deposit of Rs. 2,499/- per person. In case a person want to book air-tickets / train tickets as part of his tour package, 100% payment is required as the time of booking. Balance payment is to be paid at least 15 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation Rules: Cancellations of a tour package must be intimated to us in writing / Email & cancellation charges applicable are as follows:

21 days or more prior to the departure or non-payment of balance amount- Rs.2,499/- per person
20-15 days prior to the departure - 25% of the tour cost
14 - 7 days prior to the departure of the tour - 50% of the total tour cost
7 - 4 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% of the total tour cost
3 days prior or a “No Show” on the tour - 100% of the total tour cost

For the cancellation of services other than tour package (such as air-tickets/train tickets/ cruises/ safaris, etc) booked with Oxford Travels will attract cancellation charges as per the policy of respective supplier of the services. Oxford Travels does not take responsibility for fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through Oxford Travels.
