Day 02 HANOI - NINH BINH - HANOI
After breakfast at your hotel, depart for Ninh Binh, located approximately 100 km south of Hanoi (around a 2.5-hour drive). Begin your visit in Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam, and explore its two historic temples: one dedicated to Dinh Tien Hoang, the first emperor of Vietnam and the only king of the Dinh Dynasty, and the other honoring the kings of the Le Dynasty. In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic boat ride through Tam Coc – Bich Dong, a popular destination known for its dramatic limestone karsts and tranquil waterways. Tam Coc is part of the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the excursion, return to Hanoi for an overnight stay.

Day 03 HANOI - HALONG BAY - OVERNIGHT CRUISE
After breakfast at your hotel, check out and depart at 9:00 AM for a scenic 3-hour drive to Halong Bay, the pride of the Gulf of Tonkin and a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site (designated in 1994 and 2006). En route, pass through the Red River Delta, dotted with green paddy fields and rural villages where local farmers work in the fields with buffaloes and seedlings. Upon arrival in Halong, board your overnight cruise and check in to your cabin. After enjoying lunch on board, explore the bay by visiting majestic grottoes, swim or kayak in the clear waters, and cruise past floating houses and picturesque islets.
