About Beach Fansea

Beach Fansea is a detached, beachfront holiday house located along the pristine Agnes Water surf beach. Access to the beach is only a short 5-minate walk via a boardwalk. This luxurious, modern beach house has a large covered balcony overlooking the natural environment of the dunes and includes outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ. There is an abundance of wildlife and birds along the beachfront for guests to see and there are partial water views from the upstairs balcony. The property is a 5-minute drive to the Marina at 1770, where guests can depart on day trips to the southernmost tip of the Great Barrier Reef at Lady Musgrave Island. Please inform Beach Fansea in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
