All apartments include a full kitchen, private balcony, laundry facilities, air conditioning in the living room and spacious living areas, providing comfort for both holidays and extended stays. Pelican Cove sits in a quiet residential area with easy walking access to beaches, walking paths and the Broadwater foreshore. The property offers relaxed resort-style facilities while maintaining a comfortable and homely atmosphere. A practical, convenient and comfortable base for exploring the Gold Coast, offering great value for families and long-stay guests. Reception is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. For arrivals on Saturdays, Sundays or outside reception hours, easy self check-in is available. Guests will receive clear instructions before arrival to ensure a smooth check-in. A pre-authorisation of AUD 150 is required on arrival and is released after check-out. The release time depends on the guest’s bank. All apartments are located on upper-level floors and are accessible by stairs. Complimentary undercover parking is provided (height restrictions apply). For stays of more than 7 nights, a mid-stay linen refresh is available. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or on balconies.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
