There is a strict no pets on any beds and furniture policy at the property. Any damage or extra cleaning will apply further charges. >>Pets (where allowed) require prior approval: $37 per pet, per night (max 2 pets). >>No pets on furniture, no excessive barking/shedding >> We need to know the breed, age and size of the pets, and the type of pet. Pets must not cause danger, damage, nuisance, noise, health hazard or soil inside the house. Pets cannot be left alone in the house. You are responsible for any mess or damage your pet leaves behind or injury to another person. If you arrive at the property with a pet without prior permission you will be asked to leave without any refund or reimbursement. All dog waste must be cleaned up from the backyard before departure. By booking this property, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of the above requirements. All requests for check-in or check-out outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested at least 1 day in advance. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property without prior approval. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval. Pets will incur an additional charge of AUD 37 per night, per pet, and a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per booking. Please note that pets must not be left unattended in the property. Parking is available for 2 cars per reserved accommodation. Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of AUD 1000. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge. Guests booked on the same day of arrival are requested to book before 18:00. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. Guests must sign the property T&C and rental contract prior to check-in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
