Relax on the expansive deck soaking up the professionally landscaped gardens or use The Willow House or Habitat House as perfect base to explore the Yarra Valley with its many award-winning wineries, restaurants, galleries and fresh produce and spectacular natural landscape. Botanica Editions offers self-catering accommodation in Badger Creek, the Yarra Valley, 1-hour from Melbourne and within minutes of Yarra Valley wineries, fine restaurants, art galleries and nature walks. Each house is air-conditioned and has a gas log fire for the winter months. Enjoy the open plan living area, extending to a large garden deck area. There is a flat-screen TV, BOSE iPod docking station, and Blu-ray player. The homes offer fully equipped kitchens with cooking appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, crockery and utensils, a dishwasher, toaster and a kettle. There is a dining is set for 4. There is private luxury bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, electric blankets, organic bed linen and towels. Healesville Sanctuary is an easy 400 metre walk from the house. The nearest international airport is Melbourne Airport, 60 km from Botanica Editions. Please inform Botanica Editions in advance of your expected arrival time. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. A damage deposit of AUD 750 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please advise the property of the number of guests staying in each house. Please note that the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants stated on the booking confirmation (each property allows a maximum 4 guests). A maximum of 2 cars are allowed to park in the driveway of each house. Please avoid parking on the front lawn or on Chalet road of the neighbours property.
