In Park Construction and Closure Notices: Construction As part of our commitment to improving your experience, there will be construction work in some areas of the Park. While these efforts are aimed at elevating your overall stay, we understand that the noise associated with construction may disrupt your peace and relaxation. Park Improvements – February to September 2026 From February 2026, we’ll be making some exciting improvements to the park during weekdays (Monday to Friday 8am-4pm) as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing your experience. During this time, please note the following: • Riverwalk Area Sections of the Riverwalk will be temporarily closed while we install a new Camp Kitchen and additional Ensuite facilities. • Park Facilities The Spa area, selected pool cabanas, and the Jumping Pillow may experience occasional noise disruption during this period. • Back of the ParkFrom May to September, construction will commence on new cabin developments. Guests staying near the Ensuites and Cosy Cabins may notice building activity in this area. • Waterpark Closure October Our Waterpark will be closed from Tuesday to Thursday 20-22 October for major works over the three days. All other facilities remian open including our Pool, Spa, Jumping Pillow and Playground. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to delivering these exciting upgrades to enhance your stay. Please note that the property has strict pet policies. Please note that dogs staying at Big4 Gold Coast Holiday Park must be vaccinated with proof of vaccination required on arrival or be sent to stay@gcpark.com.au prior to arrival. Dogs are required to be on a lead and always accompanied. Dogs must not be left unattended in accommodation or sites. Owners are required to clean up after their dog. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Any damage or injury caused by the dog is the responsibility of the owner. Dogs are not permitted in the pool areas, inside the Nibbles Cafe and water park areas. Dogs are welcome on the Nibbles Terrace. Please remember that we love our resident koalas and kangaroos too and we ask you to always respect their habitat by not allowing your dog off leash at any time in the park other than in designated off-leash exercise areas. Failure to comply with our conditions of stay may result in removal of your dog or cancellation of your booking. Motels If youre staying in our motel rooms between June and december 2025, there may be some daytime noise disruptions due to nearby works. These are expected to occur between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning any quiet activities outside these hours where possible. Waterpark We’ll be carrying out our routine Waterpark Maintenance from June 24th to 26th to keep everything in top shape for your splash-filled fun! Well be open from 12 pm on June 24th and 26th, but please note that the waterpark will be fully closed on June 25th. All our other facilities will remain open as usual, so there’s still plenty of fun to be had! Our resort style swimming pool, jumping pillow, spa and other facilities are open as per normal along with extra special action-packed activities schedule to keep you all entertained. Please note that there is a .90% charge when you pay with a credit card. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
