Downtown Apartments are located in the heart of Margaret River and sleeps up to 6 guests ... ideal base for a weekend getaway or longer stay in this famous south west wine region. The apartments have one queen bedroom with ensuite, a second queen bedroom and third bedroom with single bed and trundle opposite a second bathroom. All bedrooms are located on the second storey with open plan living and dining, kitchen and a third toilet on the ground floor. There is an enclosed, private courtyard with outdoor seating and BBQ. Free WiFi throughout Downtown Apartments are close to the main street of Margaret River and guests are invited to enjoy the heated swimming pool, play tennis, enjoy a drink at the lounge bar and have a barbeque. This modern self contained two storey townhouse features luxury furnishings and quality finishes. Apartment 36 are spacious, self-contained and located just off the main street of Margaret River where you will find a range of restaurants, cafes and shops. Guests enjoy full use of resort facilities, including a pool and tennis courts, free of charge. The beautifully appointed townhouses have bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and all living areas downstairs, with a 3rd toilet located in the laundry. There is reverse-cycle air-conditioning downstairs and ducted air-conditioning upstairs in all bedroom areas. Apartment 36 are 5 km from Margaret River Golf Club. Both Prevelly Beach and Gracetown Beach are 15 minutes drive away. There are several wineries within 5 minutes drive. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards.
