Our self-contained 1 and 2 bedroom apartments each with a balcony are independently owned and fully furnished. Each one is fully furnished and appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, separate living area, balconies, bathroom and laundry facilities. Enjoy breakfast on your private balcony with gorgeous views of the beach. Take a short 150 meters stroll to Cavill Mall which provides a huge variety of dining and shopping options or catch the G Link Tram to Broadbeach. There is also a bus stop 1 block away. From Broadbeach you can explore Pacific Fair for a truly exhilarating shopping experience visit the Convention Centre and world class Casino. Afterwards, relax back at Grosvenor Apartments and enjoy a refreshing swim or relaxing sauna or spa maybe a BBQ and game of tennis! Grosvenor Beachfront provides free secure parking for one car. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
