Just a 4-minute drive from Torquay Beach, Five Shell is a modern and stylish 3-bedroom villa. It offers golf course views. The upstairs level provides a light filled open plan living area and couches. This area flows to a deck, perfect for a summer BBQ. On the same level the kitchen provides ample space with a floating bench top and peaceful dining area. Downstairs is a luxurious bathroom with bathtub and three spacious bedrooms including one with two single beds (or king), a double bedroom and a queen master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Guests enjoy access to the resort pool and the tennis court across the road. It is 300 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the golf course clubhouse. Pets are welcome on request. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Five Shell in advance of your expected arrival time.
