The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the full amount of the booking will be pre-authorized on the credit card used during the booking. Additionally, a prepayment deposit via bank transfer will be requested by the property. Please note that the property only allows pets in certain room types and with a maximum weight up to 15 kg at an extra charge of 25€ per pet per night.
