These new and bright apartments are very quietly located in the Alte Donau recreation area. The centre is an 8-minute metro ride away. The AJO Apartments - Alte Donau Garden Flat - Self-Check-in is just 1 metro stop away from the UN organisations and the Donauzentrum Shopping Centre. Air conditioning is possible at a surcharge and payable directly upon arrival. The property provides a free city map and a metro plan and offer all guests a welcoming gift upon arrival. The completely furnished self-catering apartments have a complete kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided, and there is a washing machine for common use. The short-term parking zone is valid on all public roads in Vienna from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Parking is only allowed with a parking ticket. You can make free use of the large terrace and the garden or enjoy walking and biking along the Alte Donau. Please note that the apartment has no reception. Only self check-in is possible. All the information and instructions regarding self check-in will be forwarded by the property and have to be confirmed back before arrival. The property is reachable via phone daily, from 09:00-21:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available against a surcharge, on request and upon prior confirmation from the hotel only. Please note that air conditioning can only be used at a surcharge. This needs to be requested in advance and it is payable directly upon arrival in cash. Please note that the photos are only examples of a specific room type. Actual rooms might be decorated differently and there is no guarantee that you will be accommodated in exactly the same room. Please note the following requirements for a check-in: -Payments: please make sure that the payment has been done prior to arrival.
