Renovated in 2011, this Art Nouveau building in Vienna’s Favoriten district offers free WiFi. The centre of Vienna can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes.

The Quellenstraße Tram Stop (line 6) is right outside and provides connections to the Reumannplatz Underground Station (line U1). This station can also be reached in a 7-minute walk and takes guests to the city centre in about 15 minutes.
Further attractions are the Oberlaa Spa Thermal Baths and the Viennese Woods, both of which can be reached with tram number 67.
