This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You will be personally greeted, but, in respect of your privacy, there is no permanent reception. Daily maid service (Monday to Friday) and weekly cleaning with change of towels and linen are included in the daily rate. Payment is due at the time of booking. Discounted rates are available for long-term stays upon request. On some occasions an earlier check-in will be possible depending on the occupation of the previous day. If arriving before 14:00, you may leave your luggage in the apartment while it is being prepared.
