St. Jacob is a 250-year-old former vicarage in the centre of Leuven. It offers simply-furnished rooms within a 10-minute walk of the Oude Markt. The building includes a garden terrace and original features such as an oak staircase. Guests benefit from free wired internet in the public areas. For an invoice, always enter the name (company name), registered office and valid VAT number. Without this, the accommodation can only deliver a proof of payment. If the guests submits the request on a later moment, or for an invoice, has not provided all the information, there will be an administrative cost of EUR 5 Please note that payments do not incur costs. The accommodation will however charge a EUR 5 administration fee if a card is declined and payment must be made again.
