A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not available at the property. The property has to be cleaned after each stay. Guests can either do this themselves or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 75. The costs of water, electricity, pallet usage and garbage bags are not included and will be calculated at the end of each stay.
