About Macaw Bank Jungle Lodge
50 acre nature reserve, self sustainable property where we produce our own electricity, and pump our well water. Have preserved wildlife corridor to the river. The property is connected to 13,000 acre national park. Close to major tourist attractions Macaw Bank Jungle Lodge is set in tropical rainforest next to Macal River, 12 km from San Ignacio town. This eco-friendly lodge offers rustic-style bungalows with garden views and free WiFi.
Each Macaw Bank bungalow features colourful traditional décor, wooden furniture and a fan. The private bathrooms include a shower and free toiletries.
The Macaw Bank’s on-site restaurant serves homemade Belizean dishes. Other restaurants can be found in the surrounding resorts and in San Ignacio.
