Boasting an outdoor salt-water pool, this holiday home is situated on a private, 8-acre forest in Dorset, Muskoka. The centre of Dorset, offering an LCBO, supermarket and various quaint restaurants and shops, is just 7 minutes drive away.
The main floor includes a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a living room with wood-burning stove. Guests will find a hot tub and treadmill in the "Muskoka Room" overlooking the forest. The master bedroom is also located on the main floor along with a 4-piece bathroom and en suite laundry facilities. The upper floor contains 3 bedrooms, an additional 4-piece bathroom and an office. This house has a furnished basement with a gas fireplace, comfortable seating area, another bedroom and another 4-piece bathroom. Free WiFi is available throughout.
8 Acre Wood is located 1 km from a public boat launch on Paint Lake, which is connected to the Lake of Bays network of waterways. In the winter months, snowmobiling and sledding is possible on the property.
