The apartment is a one-roomed apartment in the storic center of Belgirate. The building, a typical lakeside home, was fully renovated in 2005.
The entire area , starting from Belgirate, continuing to Arona is immersed in green and there are numerous private classic villas and residences with parks and swimming pools.
The centre of Belgirate is old and very characteristic, with houses boasting pretty balconies and small porticoes.
The apartment is is a one-roomed apartment with a small garden in the historic center and is composed by
living room with fireplace and sofa bed, small kitchen and garden of about 30 square meters, bathroom with shower;

Allowed small size pets. With its furnished patio opening onto a small garden, Cortiletto is located in Belgirate’s historic centre and 300 metres from Lake Maggiore.

Cortiletto is at walking distance from Belgirate Train Station. Stresa is a 10-minute drive away. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 10 per person per stay for bed linen and EUR 8 per person per stay for towels.
