About Il Santavenere
The 5-star Santavenere Hotel - The Leading Hotels of the World offers a fully equipped wellness centre, swimming pools, 3 restaurants and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. It is in Maratea, just 250 metres from its own private beach.
Rooms have a classic and elegant feel and feature either modern or antique wooden furniture. Each room is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a balcony overlooking the garden or sea in the distance.
The spa and wellness centre opens every day from 10:00 until 20:00 and features a sauna and Turkish bath. Rates include sun umbrellas and loungers at the beach.
At breakfast you can enjoy a buffet of savoury and sweet products, including both cold and hot food. Santavenere’s à la carte restaurant specialises in Mediterranean cuisine. You can also enjoy a beach restaurant and one by the swimming pool.
Maratea Train Station is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, while the city centre is 3 km away. A shuttle service to various destinations is provided at extra costs. Please note that the private beach is open from 01 June until 30 September. Please note that guests above 12 years of age are required to provide a Green Pass or negative result of an antigenic or molecular swab test carried out in the 48 hours prior to arrival or certification of recovery from the SARS-CoV-2 infection.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
