About Terrapuri Heritage Village
Inspired by a 17th century Terengganu Palace, this heritage property features classic Malaysian-style villas that are each a century old. It boasts scenic views of the South China Sea and Setiu Wetlands.
Constructed without nails, these villas are a fine example of traditional Trengganu architecture. Featuring sea, pool or garden views, they come with a wooden bathtub, private veranda and rainforest shower.
Terrapuri Heritage Resort, Penarik is a 5-minute drive from a turtle sanctuary and a fishing village. It is about an hour’s drive from Lake Kenyir and a 20-minute boat ride from Bidung Island.
Sunny afternoons can be spent by the outdoor pool or with a relaxing in-villa massage. Other leisure options include a library and fishing and diving trips arranged by the tour desk.
The property provides a light breakfast that can be served in guest villas. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. We only accept guests with complete vaccination.
