We are contacting you to inform you that the Narumi restaurant at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife is no longer operating .

Planned maintenance works will take place at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife from September 1, 2026. The works will be carried out in selected areas of the hotel, while all main guest areas and services will continue to operate as normal. The hotel will make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests throughout the works.

ALL INCLUSIVE CONDITIONS

1. Hotel staff is not allowed to serve alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age, nor their consumption.
2. To use this service, the guest must always wear the identification bracelet on his wrist and show it at the request of any hotel staff member.
3. All drinks and food must be consumed in assigned areas.
4. Stockpiling drinks and food is not permitted; the guest must have finished the current consumption before ordering the next one.
5. The All Inclusive plan is not transferable to other people than the originally participating guest. This right may not be used to invite another guest.
6. Parties celebrated in the hotel are excluded from the All Inclusive plan.
7. Irregular use or non-compliance with the rules indicated above will lead to the cessation of this service, as well as the payment of all the drink and/or food that has been consumed with abuse of this right.
8. The service and opening hours of the outlets are approximate and may be modified due to operational reasons at the discretion of the hotel management.
