With nine distinct living spaces, our accommodations promise a unique experience: - Four ocean-view suites within our main Villa Bawana. - Four standalone private villas: Villa Walauwa, Ambalama Pavilion, Garden House Nelum, and Beach Hut Muhudu Bella. - One modern Loft House featuring two loft suites: Ocean Loft & Garden Loft. Everything at Eraeliya Villas & Gardens is designed to make you feel like you are straight out of a movie scene. All rooms are filled with artworks and handcrafted pieces. Lush tropical gardens, an infinity pool, and the scenic beach at sunset will make your heart skip a beat in the best way possible. Please inform Eraeliya Villas & Gardens in advance of your expected arrival time if you are arriving after 10 PM. We do not accommodate children under 12 years of age due to the nature of our property. An additional charge of US$ 70 per night will be applied for guests over 12 years old, inclusive of bed and breakfast. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. 50% non-refundable deposit on the booking to guarantee, balance 30 days prior to arrival. During Peak Season 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee, balance 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that the property does not have a bar at the premises at the moment. However, we hold a soft liquor license, and we charge a corkage fee of US $10 for wines and sparkling. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
