About Ostello dei Cappuccini
Situated in Faido in the Leventina Valley, the Ostello is a former monastery school next to the Capuchin Monastery from 1608. It offers free Wi-Fi access. Local dishes and products such as cheese, wine and meat can be arranged.
Guests can relax in the garden and in the TV room. A shared kitchen can be used.
The chapel can be visited on request. Free private parking is available at Ostello dei Cappuccini, and a football ground is close by. Bicycles and motorbikes can be parked in the garage.
Several hiking trails start right outside the property. It is a 15-minute drive to the bouldering centre at Chironico and Freggio. The Airolo Ski Area is 17 km away, and the Cari Ski Area is 10 km away.
