The early check-in fee is 50% of the nightly rental amount from 10:00 hrs onwards. The late check-out fee is 50% of the nightly rental amount until 18:00 hrs. After 18:00 hrs, the full nightly rate is applicable. Please note that extra 20% will be added on top to all food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests. The 20% surcharge covers cooking gas, transportation and all costs incurred from cooking and kitchen-related expenses. Unregistered guests will be charged USD 300 per person per night. Please note that the room excludes electricity usage which will be charged at 7 THB per unit. The amount will vary depending on number of bedrooms used and whether or not Air-conditioning is turned off or left on when not in the rooms. Normal usage should be under THB 2,500 per day with full occupancy.
