A second complimentary shuttle runs hourly from 10 am to 8 pm for guests convenience. We provide a complimentary pick up service from Ao Sapparot/Pineapple Bay Pier on arrival and departure. Guests can also book excursions such as snorkelling trips, jungle trekking and inter-island boat services at the concierge desk located in the lobby. On-site rental motorbikes are also available through a third-party rental service. The resort is a 5-minute drive from the main ferry pier and its central location makes it an ideal starting point for excursions to explore both sides of Koh Chang.
