Villa Namaste 7 Bedroom Fully Staffed Seaview Villa offers a spacious sea view villa with a private pool and a 75-inch flat-screen TV. A 5-minute drive from Surin Beach, the property provides free Wi-Fi throughout the villa. The property is a 10-minute drive to Bangtao and Layan Beaches. It is a 20-minute drive to Splash Jungle Water Park Phuket and a 25-minute drive to Phuket International Airport. Phuket Town is a 30-minute drive away. The villa features a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. All the bedrooms come with a flat-screen cable TV, balcony and en suite bathroom. For guests’ convenience, the property provides laundry, car rental and babysitting services. Free private parking is possible on site. A private chef is available and can be arranged upon request. Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa. The early check-in fee is 50% of the nightly rental amount from 10:00 hrs onwards. The late check-out fee is 50% of the nightly rental amount until 18:00 hrs. After 18:00 hrs, the full nightly rate is applicable. Please note that extra 20% will be added on top to all food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests. The 20% surcharge covers cooking gas, transportation and all costs incurred from cooking and kitchen-related expenses. Unregistered guests will be charged USD 300 per person per night.
