The hotel is located in a garden of palm trees behind Sousse's sandy beach, close to the historic Medina of Sousse (800 m). It is within walking distance of the town centre, while the stylish resort of Port El Kantaoui, with its marina, is less than 10 km away. Restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The ever-popular residence is a modern six-floor beach hotel overlooking Sidi Boujaafar's beach, and offers a wide range of facilities within the El Hana complex.
