Around 30 minutes’ drive from the north Norfolk coast, Courtyard Barn is a luxurious 5-bedroom cottage 7 miles from Holt. Sleeping up to 10 guests, Norfolk Countryside Cottages offer a tailor-made holiday at Courtyard Barn, which includes a games room, hot tub, free parking and free Wi-Fi.
Featuring 2 double and 3 twin bedrooms, Courtyard Barn lies in 7 acres of land, including paddocks, woodland and gardens. The very spacious lounge and dining area has a 50-inch flat-screen TV, oak dining table and a wood-burning stove, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a centrepiece Aga stove, dishwasher and American-style fridge freezer.
The master bedroom has en suite facilities with Victorian cast iron bath, and there is a separate family bathroom and shower room. A large games room has a full-size snooker table beneath its wooden-beamed ceiling.
Courtyard Barn is around 15 miles from the coastal towns of Cromer and Wells-next-the-Sea. The centre of Norwich is around a 40-minute drive away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
