About Drumlin Lane Croob View
Drumlin Lane is built on family farmland just outside the historic village of Hillsborough. When building we went to a lot of effort to make sure it combined luxury with a low carbon footprint, hence we installed air source heat pumps, heat recovery systems, PV & solar panels. This charming, eco-friendly house is set in the rolling hills of Hillsborough, 3 miles from Hillsborough Castle. With a scenic setting, it offers an extensive garden, a leisure area and free private parking, 15 miles from Belfast.
Drumlin Lane - Croob View features an open-plan lounge-diner with wood-burning stove and a modern kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
There is an en suite bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds upstairs and a bedroom with super king-size bed and separate bathroom on the ground floor. Linens are provided.
Drumlin Lane - Croob View has a leisure area with table tennis, pool table and table football, as well as a trampoline outside. The property also has a vegetable garden where guests can pick fruit when in season or help planting and pruning.
The property is only 6 miles from Down Royal Racecourse, Down Royal Park and Lisburn Golf Club. You can drive to Belfast International Airport in 40 minutes. A security deposit of GBP 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
