Sticker Visa
- Canada issues a sticker visa (Temporary Resident Visa – TRV) for Indian citizens traveling for tourism, business, study, or family visits. The visa is physically stamped as a sticker in the passport after approval by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
- The Canada visa process is fully online for application submission, but biometrics (fingerprints and photo) must be given at a visa application center. Applicants may also be required to submit passports for stamping after approval.
- The visa allows short-term entry into Canada for tourism, visiting friends/family, or other approved purposes. The validity and duration of stay are decided by Canadian authorities based on applicant profile and purpose of visit.
- Even after visa approval, final entry into Canada is determined by border services officers at the port of entry.
