Day 02 KANDY CITY TOUR

After breakfast at the hotel, commence a sightseeing tour of Kandy, exploring the city’s rich history, culture, and natural beauty. Begin with a visit to the Royal Botanical Gardens at Peradeniya, established in 1816 and spanning 59 hectares, making it one of the largest and best-maintained botanical gardens in Asia. The gardens host around 4,000 species of flora from sub-tropical climates worldwide, offering a delightful nature walk amidst colorful plants, orchids, and giant palms. Next, visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, a central landmark of the Kandyan Kingdom.
